Consequences of withdrawal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.<\/p>

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. <\/p>

In the case of contracts for the sale of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/p>

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. <\/p>

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Special note regarding our Eau de Parfum<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.<\/p>

For our \u1eb8l\u1eb9\u0301y\u1eb9 Eau de Parfum (50 ml), this means: If the seal applied to protect the product is removed after delivery, the right of withdrawal may be forfeited.<\/p>

Merely examining the goods\u2014including their nature, characteristics, and functioning\u2014within the permissible scope does not, in principle, affect the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
